Pesach in KGH
I spent pesach in KGH except for the first days. I actually kashered my oven this year and glad I did. Turns out I couldn't go to Uncle Nat because Hesh was taken to the hospital. I ended up baking cookies on Friday morning and a potato kugel before shabbos. (I was invited out for shabbos meals). I invited company for Sunday night and shopped and cooked all day on Sunday. My roast was delicious. I decided to make more (nut)cookies and somehow I altered the recipe and they came out better. I added some chocolate chips and they became chocoalte chip cookies. Non gebrokt too. I found a matzoh cover in my stash that must thave been Grandmas since it has the name Samberg embroidered on it. Who know maybe next year I could make a seder. I have a seder plate kos eliyahu matzoh covers afikomne bags, wine glasses etc. Anyone want to come?
